Last year I went to a salon after not having gone in a couple of years. The beautician's idea of a 'trim' turned into a short hair cut. I am Mexican, I have long hair down to my waist and the only thing I can do to relive my hair from damage is to cut it to my shoulders. I have a very dry scalp with porous, coarse hair which is highly absorbent of hair oils. I spent three weeks in a small rural town, Xenia, OH and discovered the Hot Gro in the local Kmart.
