Our products can be purchased online at www.Drmiracles.com or you can find them at your local beauty supply store, Sally's, Wal-Mart, Walgreens, CVS, or Rite Aid.

I love your product, but the scent is so strong.

The Dr. Miracle’s line of products do carry a medicinal smell due to the ingredients, but the smell does dissolve after a few minutes.

Question:

I am not satisfied with my purchase and would like a refund.

We apologize that you were not satisfied with your Dr. Miracle's purchase. We do have a money back guarantee. To receive a refund for the products you purchased please forward your full name, address, name of the products you purchased, and how much you paid for them to admin@drmiracles.com. Once your information is received, please allow up to three weeks to receive your refund.

Can my child use your products?

We do not recommend using our products on children under the age of 10. Our products might be too strong for their sensitive scalp.

Question:

Do you or will you be selling a professional or salon version of your products?

No, we do not sell professional products at this time.

Question:

Are Dr. Miracle’s hair care products okay to use on bleached or color treated hair.

Our products are safe to use on bleached or color treated hair, however if you just bleached or colored your hair we recommend that you wait at least a week before using some of our stronger products, i.e., Hot Gro, Temple and Nape Gro Balm, and Gro Oil. Since bleaching and coloring damages your hair, it is best to wait a week to allow your hair to rest.
